Directions for Using Online Registration System
1. Go to http://hfhmgc.cmiregistration.com.
2. Click Volunteer at the top of the page.
3. Click Volunteer Opportunities.
4. Select your desired volunteer Program Date.
5. Input requested number of volunteer spaces into “Qty” box. Select Add to Cart.
6. If you need housing, click on the link at the top of the page to reserve a space at the Volunteer Village. *If you do not need housing, you can skip this step and click the Checkout button. Skip to Step 9.*
7. Select the Housing Option that matches your Program Date previously selected.
8. Input requested number of housing spaces into “Qty” box. Select Add to Cart.
9. Click the Checkout button. (*Do NOT remove the Volunteer Opportunity from your cart. You must complete that registration in order for your reservation to be confirmed.*)
10. You will need to create an account to complete your registration. If you have already created an account, you can log-in at this time. *If you are registering multiple members, the next page will allow you to enter their basic information.*
11. On the Registration Summary page, click on the little person and it will allow you to add your name. *If you are registering multiple team members at once, select your name for the first Volunteer Opportunity and Housing Option if applicable. Then for the additional, select “new registrant” to add the other member(s) information.* Click Continue Registration.
12. Complete last registration page (includes Team Name, medical questions, skills questionnaire, and waiver).
13. Select payment option. If you will not be paying with a credit card, you must select the Pay in Person option or it will not complete the registration.
