ATTENTION Team Leaders! Request a Team Name!
Do you want to bring a group to volunteer? Prior to registration, please request a team name from the HFHMGC Volunteer Services staff. Team names must be designated before any member of your team registers.
To request a team name, please contact our staff via email at volunteer@hfhmgc.org with the Team Name you wish to use. Your team name will be entered into the system within 24 hours, and you will receive email confirmation from HFHMGC Volunteer Services. If you do not have email access, you can call us at 228-314-0011 ext. 310. Thank you!

NOTICE ABOUT YANKIE STADIUM
Beginning in January 2009, HFHMGC will no longer be housing volunteers at Yankie Stadium. The Salvation Army (TSA) owns the Yankie Stadium facility, and will move out of Disaster Response mode and return their focus to the original intent of their property, converting Yankie Stadium into a community recreation center.
HFHMGC Volunteer Services will arrange housing for you and/or your team with the cooperation of other volunteer camps in the local area. All housing spaces will be based on availability, and assigned on a first come, first serve basis. If you will require housing during your Volunteer Opportunity with HFHMGC, there will be an option to select “YES” if you need housing during the online registration. We will contact you once your registration is complete with further information. Once your reservation is secured, we will also provide you with specific information about your housing site. We will also provide you with arrival/departure information and details about your week at that time. Any questions about any of this information can be directed to Loren Moylan at volunteer@hfhmgc.org, or 228-314-0011 x. 310.
Habitat for Humanity of the Mississippi Gulf Coast plans to continue building decent, affordable homes along the Gulf Coast for many years to come! We will not be shutting down operations in December! We still need volunteers and greatly appreciate your interest in volunteering with HFHMGC! We thank you for your patience and understanding during this transition, and hope to speak with you soon about planning your trip!
